The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives that build brand awareness and drive engagement. This role focuses on creating high-quality content, managing email marketing campaigns, and assisting with web design and updates. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and proficient in both digital marketing and design.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

  • Develop engaging content for various platforms including blogs, social media, newsletters, and website pages.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and marketing goals.

Email Marketing:

  • Plan, design, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns.
  • Segment audiences and personalize content to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Analyze campaign performance and report on metrics to optimize future strategies.

Web Design & Management:

  • Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of the company website.
  • Update and manage website content to ensure it is current, user-friendly, and aligned with SEO best practices.
  • Work with teams to troubleshoot and resolve design or functionality issues.

General Marketing Support:

  • Coordinate with various teams (sales, product, and customer support) to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
  • Maintain the marketing calendar to track project deadlines and campaign launches.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to inform strategy adjustments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on content creation, email marketing, and basic web design.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for design and detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SEO practices and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing and digital advertising and AI platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
