About the Role

Idea Financial is growing — and we’re looking for a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. You’ll work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to execute campaigns that inspire, engage, and grow our business audience. This role sits at the heart of our creative operations, from building email campaigns and social media content to coordinating ad creative and brand communications.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and execute marketing content across social media, email, SMS, and web.

● Create high-quality visuals and graphics using Canva and other design tools.

● Write and edit engaging marketing copy for social, ad, and email campaigns.

● Coordinate the creation of promotional materials, photoshoots, and other creative assets.

● Support campaign setup, testing, and reporting in Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot).

● Manage Idea Financial’s social media calendar and day-to-day publishing.

● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand voice across all platforms.

● Assist in ad campaign creation across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads platforms.

● Research and coordinate vendors or marketing partners as needed (photographers, agencies, etc.).

● Contribute fresh ideas for new content, campaigns, and creative strategies.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

● 2–4 years of professional marketing experience (agency or in-house).

● Proficiency in Canva; basic familiarity with Salesforce or Pardot preferred.

● Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

● Experience managing social media and email marketing campaigns.

● Familiarity with Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager is a plus.

● Highly organized with excellent project management and multitasking abilities.

● Collaborative team player who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

● $55,000-$65,000, commensurate with experience.
