Marketing Coordinator :

  • The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's marketing and business development efforts.
  • This position requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual with strong communication skills and a passion for marketing.
  • The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Content & Collateral Development :

  • Assist in the creation of client-facing presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
  • Edit and update collateral such as bios, flyers, brochures, and other branded content.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints by adhering to established brand guidelines.

Campaign Execution & Analytics:

  • Support the development and execution of external marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Track performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate ROI on marketing initiatives; compile and present quarterly reports to leadership.
  • Monitor and analyze analytics for multiple social media platforms and marketing campaigns to optimize performance and present monthly reports to leadership. ∙

Social Media Management :

  • Manage and schedule posts across various social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.) using third-party platforms such as Hootsuite, Later, or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop engaging content calendars and ensure timely execution. oStay up-to-date with social media trends and platform updates to recommend new strategies and tactics.

CRM & Data Management :

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (HubSpot), including contact information, campaign tracking, and lead management.

Event & Logistics Support :

  • Coordinate logistics and marketing collateral for public-facing events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Manage inventory of promotional materials and ensure timely replenishment.

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination :

  • Liaise with external vendors, designers, and printers to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets. oCollaborate with internal stakeholders to support business development and marketing goals.

General Support :

  • Provide administrative and creative support for various marketing, business development, and graphic design tasks as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Canva, Hootsuite, Later, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for engagement and growth.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. ∙
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹846,619.69 per year
