Ideal Partners Staffing is seeking a digitally savvy Marketing Coordinator to support the growth of our online presence, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives. This role supports the Digital Development team by coordinating day-to-day marketing operations, content creation, and campaign performance tracking, helping us enhance customer experience and elevate the brand across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and assist with digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, website, and paid/organic channels.
- Maintain and update web content, landing pages, press releases, and blog posts in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Help manage marketing automation workflows and contact lists (HubSpot).
- Support content creation, including copywriting, graphics, videos, and digital assets for campaigns, social media, and internal communications.
- Track key performance metrics (website traffic, conversions, engagement, email performance, etc.) and prepare monthly reports.
- Assist with SEO research and keyword optimization for digital content.
- Coordinate photography, video shoots, and creative projects, ensuring brand consistency and attention to detail.
- Help organize and document customer testimonials and case studies.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure digital campaigns support business goals.
- Coordinate marketing/sales events, including logistics, materials, and on-site support.
- Manage co-op marketing resources, including entering claims and tracking reimbursements.
- Support clients with website access, granting and assisting with credentials and troubleshooting access issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Videography, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing coordination.
- Proficiency with marketing platforms (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Working knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and social media management tools.
- Design or editing skills using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and/or video editing software.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and a variety of tactics to achieve different communication goals.
- Excellent creativity with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions.
- Comfortable with new technologies and adaptable to evolving tools and platforms.
