Minimalist.ae is a local brand founded in 2016 in Dubai that designs and manufactures elegant, high-quality watches, jewelry, handbags, perfumes, and leather goods designed to enhance personal style. With two stores now open in the UAE, we focus on simple yet sophisticated designs, with specifically our Arabic numeral watches being known for their timeless appeal. Minimalist believes in simplicity and use only the finest materials to produce beautiful and durable items, combining elegant design with excellent quality.

The Role

As a Marketing Coordinator , you will play a key role in supporting and implementing our marketing strategies to strengthen the Minimalist’s presence. Working closely with the marketing team and cross-functional departments, you will help plan, execute, and analyze marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with marketing teams to devise, strategize, and refine effective marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Execute and implement marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives.
• Run paid media campaigns: Facebook/Instagram Ads and write the ad copy.
• Develop engaging written and visual content tailored for social media and digital platforms (IG, TT, FB).
• Research and apply marketing trends, innovations, and best practices.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) of marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights for improvement.
• Conduct competitor analysis and deliver reports to guide strategic decision-making.
• Build, manage, and nurture meaningful relationships with influencers and content creators to strengthen brand collaborations.

Requirements:

As an ideal candidate, you will have:

• At least 2, preferably 3+ years of experience in marketing in a UAE-based eCommerce startup or luxury goods/fashion/watches company.
• Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and others.
• Hands-on experience with Dropbox, Slack, Monday, and other relevant productivity software.
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, G-Suite, Adobe Suite and relevant social media and design software's. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Outstanding communication skills in English (verbal & written). Communication skills in Arabic are a significant advantage.
