Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Location: GigaParts Hunstville, AL
Employment Type: Full-time On-Site

Position Overview

The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing team in executing campaigns, managing content, coordinating events, and tracking performance. This role requires a meticulous, creative, and organized individual with effective communication skills and an interest in digital and traditional marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and print channels.
  • Create and edit content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Coordinate events, trade shows, and promotional activities, including coordination and vendor communication.
  • Manage and maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and project deliverables.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports with key insights and recommendations.
  • Support the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, design) to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Monitor and engage with audiences on social media platforms.

Qualifications

  • (Education Level) Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of marketing experience (entry-level roles welcome).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (spelling, grammar and reading skills)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite) is a plus.
  • Experience with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and CRM systems.
  • Experienced with HTML and CSS and is willing to learn as they go.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with strong diligence and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with terms like bleed, CMYK and DPI.
  • Productive and can collaborate with a team or alone. Possibility of remote work after hours to meet a deadline.
  • Can take constructive criticism professionally.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Experience with marketing automation software such as Lightroom and Premier Pro
  • Photography knowledge is a plus.

Work Environment

  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds
  • Fast-paced, collaborative, and goal-driven environment.

Work Schedule

Monday – Friday, 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. with the possibility of working outside normal hours to ensure all deadlines are met.
