The Marketing Coordinator provides critical support to the Marketing Department through administrative, creative, and operational tasks. The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring marketing activities are executed efficiently and consistently across all company locations and digital channels. This role also provides direct support to the Director of Marketing on special projects, campaigns, and departmental initiatives.
A Day in the Life May Include:
Coordinate marketing projects, schedules, meetings, and timelines to ensure smooth execution.
Handle administrative tasks including purchase orders, invoices, vendor communication, and budget tracking.
Support marketing campaigns, events, trade shows, and sponsorships by managing logistics, materials, and promotions.
Maintain and update company websites, online listings, and local advertising placements; assist with SEO/SEM and reputation management.
Prepare reports, presentations, and analytics summaries to track marketing performance.
Provide day-to-day and project support to the Director of Marketing and marketing team on special projects and initiatives.
