You, our Ideal Candidate
The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the production and execution of marketing initiatives. This position is responsible for coordinating projects, maintaining marketing systems, and ensuring the timely delivery of campaigns and materials. The role involves collaboration with internal community teams to gather content, uphold brand consistency, and support communication efforts. The Marketing Coordinator also assists with tracking campaign performance, preparing reports, processing invoices, and maintaining vendor and partner relationships. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Marketing Operations & Support
- Support marketing efforts by coordinating projects and ensuring completion of related administrative responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal community campus teams to gather content and maintain consistent messaging across all channels
- Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines
- Projects & Campaigns
- Provide support to the marketing team, including maintaining databases/CRM systems and generating reports
- Ensure timely execution and delivery of campaigns, advertisements, and marketing materials
- Help drive marketing initiatives by coordinating assigned components of direct mail and digital campaigns
- Analytics, Reporting & Invoice management
- Prepare monthly marketing and sales reports
- Process and code invoices, ensuring accurate allocation and documentation
- Maintain and update tracking systems for marketing activities and initiatives
- Customer Service & Communication
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Support internal communications by coordinating updates, maintaining databases
- Assist in planning and executing team and community events aligned with marketing objectives
- Partnerships & Coordination
- Maintain relationships with external organizations and vendors, specifically coordinating efforts with Memory Support initiatives and the Alzheimer’s Association
- Coordinate marketing-related activities and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Perform other functions as deemed necessary and appropriate, or as may be directed
Requirements
- Education/Professional Experience: Associates degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field- or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience. 1-3 years of experience
- Communication & Customer Service: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer service-oriented mindset.
- Organization & Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate with internal teams and maintain consistent brand messaging.
- Marketing Analytics & Invoice Processing: Experience tracking marketing metrics, preparing reports, and processing invoices and financial documentation.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing databases, and generating performance reports.
- Additional Assets: Experience in event planning, SEO/SEM knowledge, and familiarity with social media strategy and analytics are preferred.
