As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be the link between our creative, social media, and management teams. You’ll help organize shoots, support marketing campaigns, attend meetings, and assist in day-to-day operations that keep our projects running efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate photoshoots, video shoots, and marketing campaigns.
- Attend work meetings, shoots, and events to support with logistics and communication.
- Liaise with photographers, stylists, makeup artists, and suppliers to ensure smooth production.
- Support in content scheduling, planning, and approvals.
- Track deliverables, follow up on timelines, and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Assist in preparing campaign briefs, presentations, and reports.
- Help maintain brand consistency across all communication and creative materials.
- Perform occasional on-site or administrative tasks related to project execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing coordination, production, or agency work (fresh graduates are welcome if highly organized and proactive).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills and professional presentation.
- Passion for marketing, branding, and creative work.
- Ability to work on-site, attend shoots, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: E£9,000.00 - E£11,000.00 per month
