Summary
The Marketing Coordinator supports agency growth by promoting our insurance services through digital marketing, community engagement, and brand development efforts. This role enhances the agency’s visibility online and within the local community to generate leads, strengthen customer relationships, and improve overall brand awareness. This is an in office position with occasionally attending commuity events.

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Develop educational and promotional posts tailored to personal and commercial insurance audiences
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and track social media analytics.

Website & SEO Management

• Update and maintain agency website content, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Optimize web pages and blog posts for SEO to increase search visibility
• Coordinate with web developers or use CMS tools to improve site usability
• Track SEO performance, keyword rankings, and web traffic metrics

Local Event Participation & Community Outreach

• Represent the agency at local events, fairs, networking meetings, and business association gatherings
• Coordinate sponsorships and promotional opportunities with community organizations
• Build relationships with local businesses and partners to generate referral opportunities
• Capture photos/videos at events for use in social media and marketing materials

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with digital marketing, social media management, or content creation
• Basic knowledge of SEO practices and web editing tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to engage confidently with the public at events
