Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital + traditional)
  • Manage social media platforms, including content creation and scheduling
  • Coordinate promotions, seasonal campaigns, and special events
  • Track and analyze campaign performance and customer engagement metrics
  • Collaborate with culinary, operations, and design teams to maintain brand consistency
  • Assist with photoshoots, menu updates, and product launches
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity
  • Support email marketing, website updates, and loyalty program campaigns

Qualifications

  • Marketing experience in Food & Beverage
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic graphic design/content creation skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.) a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Experience with digital marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, etc.) is an asset
  • Passion for food, hospitality, and customer experience
