Provide support to the Marketing department in marketing, public relations, advertising, event marketing, social media, website content, and creative services. Works closely with the marketing team to ensure all work aligns with current advertising and marketing strategy, digital initiatives, and deadlines. This role includes project coordination, digital content management, and assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide clerical and administrative support, including customer service, e-commerce support, vendor communication, and internal departmental communication.

Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring integration across digital and traditional channels.

Assist in the creation, updating, and distribution of marketing collateral, media content, custom labels, emails, and website content.

Assist in digital marketing initiatives, including social media content creation and scheduling, email marketing campaigns, website updates, and analytics tracking.

Maintain the marketing project database, track project progress, and manage marketing materials inventory.

Support planning and execution of events, donations, and offsite marketing initiatives.

Participate in offsite events as required.

Assist in reporting and analyzing marketing campaign results, providing recommendations for improvement.

Any other marketing-related duties as assigned by the VP of Marketing.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience, including digital marketing and campaign execution.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing tools (CMS, email marketing platforms, social media management tools).

Strong organizational, project management, and administrative skills, including phone etiquette and professionalism.

Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information.

Creative with strong graphic design skills, visual storytelling abilities, and understanding of branding standards.

Familiarity with digital marketing metrics, SEO, web analytics, and social media performance reporting.
