We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing execution, manage our platforms, and help build and maintain our agent training system.
Job Overview
The Marketing Coordinator supports marketing execution, digital platforms, agent branding, and training systems. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, eager to learn, and enjoys working with systems, templates, and checklists.
This is a hands-on role with room to grow.
Responsibilities
Website & Digital Platform Support
- Maintain and update websites and landing pages using:
- Squarespace
- AgentFire
- Ruuster
- Update agent profiles, content, links, and forms
- Assist with basic SEO tasks (page updates, blog formatting)
- Troubleshoot basic website issues and coordinate with vendors when needed
Training System (Highnote)
- Help build and maintain the Homebase agent training system in Highnote
- Organize training content into clear sections (onboarding, systems, marketing, SOPs)
- Convert documents, videos, and resources into clean Highnote presentations
- Keep training materials organized and up to date
Listing & Marketing Support
- Assist with listing marketing materials (flyers, digital assets, print pieces)
- Help with listing descriptions and MLS-ready content
- Create and manage QR codes for listings, open houses, events, and recruiting
Design & Content Creation
- Create marketing materials using Canva, including:
- Listing flyers
- Postcards
- Letters
- Recruiting materials
- Event promotions
- Build and update Highnote listing presentations
- Ensure all materials stay on brand
Agent Support & Branding
- Build and update agent email signatures
- Order and manage business cards
- Assist with agent onboarding from a marketing and training perspective
- Respond to agent marketing requests and help manage timelines
Mail & Campaign Execution
- Coordinate postcard and letter campaigns using Mailbox Power
- Assist with Fello campaigns and branding updates
- Prepare mailing lists and proof materials
Social Media Support
- Schedule and manage posts for Homebase Facebook
- Assist with content calendars for social and email
- Repurpose content provided by leadership or agents
- Support event and community promotion
Media & Asset Management
- Coordinate with photographers and videographers for listings
- Organize and maintain photo and video libraries
AI & Marketing Tools
- Use AI tools to assist with:
- Drafting and refining marketing copy
- Repurposing content
- Supporting training materials and presentations
- Stay current on basic AI tools used in marketing
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of marketing, coordination, or digital operations experience
- Experience in the real estate industry preferred
- Comfortable working with websites and digital tools
- Experience with presentation tools (Highnote a plus)
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar
- Strong Canva skills
- Basic writing and editing skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
