About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator will be involved in planning, developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote our brand. This includes admin tasks, 360 social media management, advertising online & offline, overlooking public relations and more.
Responsibilities

Support the Marketing Manager in achieving overall marketing goals and objectives.

Plan, organize, and manage the production of all marketing materials and collateral.

Manage all social media platforms, including content creation, calendars, posting, engagement, performance tracking, and paid campaigns.

Coordinate and execute day-to-day marketing activities for Azure Beach & Ammos and future brands.

Liaise with the PR agency to update listings, secure media coverage, and manage media/blogger/influencer collaborations.

Plan and support promotional events, activations, and hosted media/influencer experiences.

Create promotional content and materials such as brochures, menus, marketing copy, and digital assets.

Compile monthly marketing and social media performance reports and maintain activation calendars.

Conduct market and competitor research to stay updated on trends and competitive activities.

Maintain marketing systems, folders, websites, and coordination between Rixos, Sunset, and other departments, while supporting new brands and additional tasks as required.

Manage and place orders for all marketing collateral (menus, flyers, business cards, signage, etc.) and ensure timely delivery.

Communicate marketing activations and updates clearly across all internal departments to ensure alignment and execution.
Qualifications

Degree in fields related to Marketing, Communication and Business.

Minimum 3 years of experience.

Experience working in the leisure, tourism or hospitality industry.

Excellent spoken and written English – Arabic is a plus.
