Marketing Coordinator

Bozeman Brokers Real Estate is a locally owned and operated real estate brokerage in Bozeman, MT. Our company offers institutional, local, and individualized real estate expertise to all clients in the greater Gallatin Valley real estate market.

We are seeking a full-time, in-office, Marketing Coordinator with a marketing and graphic design background to manage the advertising efforts of our office and help oversee day-to-day operations. This marketing-centric front-desk position is well suited for a self-starting, detail-oriented, and organized individual with a helpful demeanor.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Creation, management, and analysis of …

-- Social media posts, flyers, and email campaigns for listings

-- Brand centric marketing efforts (digital, social, print, mass, community relations, etc.)

-- Requested agent specific advertisements

-- Agent recruitment campaigns

-- Client-targeted supplemental materials

- Communication, negotiation, and management of marketing related vendors

- Management and analysis of company website

- Regular reporting of analytics

- Lead disbursement

- Assisting with day-to-day office management and operations

Proficiency Requirements: Google Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Business, Microsoft Suite, Dropbox, Zoom, Canva, Adobe, Meta, QuickBooks, PDF viewing/management software, social media planners (Coschedule preferable), email campaign managers (Mail Chimp preferable), Apple and Android interfaces, Mac and PC interfaces, multi-line phone system use, and a basic understanding of commercial office printers/scanners

Bozeman Brokers Real Estate provides on-the-job training. This position can expect compensation of $45,000 - $48,000 per year (depending on experience) and can expect 38-40 hours per week with a consistent schedule – Monday to Friday from 8AM-5PM.
