Marketing Specialist
Full-Time | Multi-State Support | On-Site/Hybrid
Location: Clearwater, FL (with oversight of multiple store locations)

As we continue to grow across several states, we’re looking for a passionate and experienced **Marketing Specialist** who’s ready to help us launch and lead a dynamic marketing program from the ground up.

What You’ll Do
- Design and execute engaging **social media content**, including photos, videos, and graphics that capture our brand and project excellence.
- Develop and manage **paid advertising campaigns** on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Nextdoor, etc.) as well as **Google PPC and Local Service Ads**.
- Design **ads and promotional materials** for both print and digital channels.
- Handle **email blasts**, **holiday promotions**, and regular campaign scheduling.
- Strengthen our brand presence across multiple markets, ensuring consistent messaging and visuals.
- Capture and organize **before-and-after photos** of flooring projects to highlight our craftsmanship.
- Monitor, manage, and respond to **social media inquiries and online reviews**.
- Analyze performance data to measure real-world results and continuously improve campaign performance.
- Offer strategic recommendations and professional insight to help establish a strong, measurable marketing foundation.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within home services, design, or retail.
- Expertise in **social media management**, **PPC advertising**, and **digital campaign analytics**.
- Strong skills in **graphic design and video creation** using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills — both visual and written.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple locations and projects.
- A creative thinker who’s goal-oriented, detail-driven, and eager to see measurable results.
- Someone who values teamwork and wants to grow with a supportive, family-style company.
