The Role

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our Sales & Leasing department, with cross-training across Landmark’s other service lines. This role is execution-focused and design-forward, playing a critical role in producing high-quality, on-brand marketing materials that support listings, transactions, and company initiatives.

This position has a strong graphic design emphasis. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for producing polished visual materials independently using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office. A design portfolio is required and must demonstrate strong layout, branding, and marketing-focused work.

The role is also intentionally cross-trained to provide coverage across departments during staff absences and high-volume periods. The Marketing Coordinator reports directly to the Marketing Director and works closely with brokers, administrative staff, and leadership.

What You’ll Do

Sales & Leasing Marketing Support (Primary Focus)

  • Design and produce marketing materials including offering broker opinion of values, offering memorandums, listing packages, email graphics, and digital assets
  • Execute property marketing campaigns across print, web, email, and social channels
  • Maintain and update listings across platforms including WordPress, CREXi, CoStar, LoopNet, and related systems
  • Prepare marketing packages and approval materials with strong emphasis on mapping and aerial photography
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns and track performance
  • Apply established brand standards consistently across all marketing materials
  • Order and coordinate third-party services such as drone photography

Cross-Training & Coverage

  • Learn Landmark’s other service lines, including Investment Sales, Tenant Representation & Auctions
  • Provide backup marketing and administrative support during absences or peak workload periods to maintain continuity

Transaction & Administrative Support

  • Prepare, edit, organize, and track listing agreements, letters of intent, purchase agreements, and related documents
  • Manage due diligence materials and maintain organized digital deal files
  • Assist with lead management and CRM updates

Content & Digital

  • Create and distribute social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Maintain organized digital file systems across cloud-based platforms

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, retail, or a digital environment
  • Strong graphic design skills with demonstrated proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and PowerPoint
  • Design portfolio required showcasing layout, branding, and marketing-focused work
  • Experience producing print and digital marketing materials in a professional environment
  • Familiarity with WordPress, CRM systems, email marketing tools, and social platforms
  • Mapping or GIS experience (Google Earth, Regis, or similar tools) preferred
  • Strong attention to visual detail, typography, layout, and brand consistency
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and support multiple brokers simultaneously
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • SEO experience is a plus but not required

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
