Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to manage and execute the firm’s marketing initiatives across brokerage listings, brand development, and digital platforms.
This role is critical to ensuring our commercial listings are professionally presented, accurately maintained, and effectively marketed across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be both creative and operational — capable of producing strong design work while managing backend marketing systems.
This is a commercial real estate marketing position — experience in commercial brokerage marketing is strongly preferred.
Brokerage Support & Communication
- Communicate directly with independent commercial brokers affiliated with TRUE Commercial.
- Assist brokers with marketing and presentation needs related to their individual brokerage assignments and client engagements.
- Coordinate timelines and deliverables for listing launches, proposal submissions, offering memorandums, and marketing rollouts.
- Ensure brand standards are maintained across all broker-specific materials.
- Provide organizational and marketing support for sales and leasing assignments, business sales, and consulting engagements.
Marketing & Graphic Design
- Design and produce professional marketing materials including offering memorandums, property brochures, flyers, listing sheets, investment summaries, presentation decks, proposals, signage, and digital creative.
- Maintain brand consistency across all firm materials.
- Edit and enhance commercial property photography and visual content.
- Create site plans and floor plans using SmartDraw.
Website & Digital Management
- Manage and update company website (Wix platform).
- Ensure listings, team information, and service pages remain current.
- Optimize property pages and content for professional presentation and SEO alignment.
- Manage Google Business profile and related Google platforms.
Email & Social Media Marketing
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using MailChimp.
- Build and maintain marketing distribution lists.
- Plan, design, and schedule social media content via Hootsuite.
- Manage firm presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter/X.
- Oversee backend administrative control of social platforms (transitioning firm accounts from principal ownership).
Commercial Listing Platform Management
- Post, manage, and monitor listings on LoopNet, Crexi, BrightMLS (commercial), and BizBuySell.
- Ensure listing data, pricing, demographics, and media are accurate and compelling.
- Utilize STDB for demographics, mapping, and market insights to support listing materials.
Required Technical Proficiency
- Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

Qualifications
- 2+ years marketing experience (commercial real estate preferred).
- Strong graphic design capability with portfolio required.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple listings and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced brokerage environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand standards.
- Ability to work directly with independent producers in a professional, service-oriented capacity.
Compensation
- $50,000+ commensurate with experience.
- Opportunity for growth as the firm continues to expand.
