We are looking for a Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help us continue to build our brand and connect with our target market. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing, sales, customer service, B2B, and social media. There will be times he or she will be responsible for representing the company at events, and in the community. Additionally, the marketing liaison will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key partners, clients, and customers. The goal is to increase brand awareness and create a positive image for the company. This is NOT a remote position.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing omni-channel marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audience behavior, and competitor analysis.
- Provide insights to inform marketing strategy and campaign development
- Assist with the developing and curating engaging content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, and printed materials.
- Assist in creating visually appealing marketing materials, ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
- Support in maintaining and nurturing client relationships through timely communication and providing relevant information.
- Track lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI from various marketing initiatives as well as conduct Med Spa Sales.
- Work with brand ambassadors to distribute social media content for CSLV to publish.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key marketing contacts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned marketing projects
- Understand project requirements and objectives, and develop detailed project plans accordingly
- Effectively communicate project updates and status to all relevant parties
- Proactively identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans
- Escalate project risks and issues to senior management as needed
- Ensure that all project deliverables are met in a timely and accurate manner
- Monitor project budget and track expenses accordingly
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management on a regular basis
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices
- Provide input and recommendations to improve overall marketing processes and procedures
- Perform other job-related duties as requested
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to develop and deliver engaging presentations
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Digital design and content creation with Adobe and Canva
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Experience working with CRM software
- Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns
- Experience with graphic design or video editing software
- Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices
