About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our growing brand across email, SMS, and social media marketing. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career marketer who already has hands-on experience with Klaviyo and wants to build real ownership inside a fast-moving business.
This role is execution-driven. You will help plan, build, design, schedule, and analyze campaigns that directly impact revenue. You must be comfortable working inside marketing platforms, managing timelines, and creating on-brand graphics.

This is a hybrid Position. The person must be located in San Antonio, Texas. Available to meet with the team in person up to 3 times per week. This role will grow and expand. We are starting with 10 hours per week, which will expand to 20, and possibly more as the company grows. There will be flexibility and remote work available.
Core Responsibilities
Email Marketing (Klaviyo Required)
- Build and schedule weekly email campaigns in Klaviyo
- Assist in flow optimization (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, etc.)
- Segment audiences based on behavior and customer data
- Create subject lines and preview text optimized for open rates
- A/B test campaigns and document performance insights
- Monitor deliverability and list health
- Pull weekly campaign performance reports (Revenue, CTR, CVR, AOV)
- Help grow and expand the DTC and Wholesale channels of the brand.
SMS Marketing
- Build and schedule SMS campaigns
- Align SMS messaging with email calendar
- Maintain compliance and opt-in best practices
- Track and report performance metrics
Social Media Support
- Assist in planning weekly content calendar
- Create graphics and visual assets for posts
- Write captions aligned with brand voice
- Schedule posts using social scheduling tools
- Track engagement and performance trends
- Support content creation days (in-office)
- Catch content at the warehouse as well
Graphic Design
- Design email graphics (banners, headers, product callouts)
- Create promotional graphics for social media
- Resize and adapt assets for different platforms
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels
Qualifications
- 1–3 years marketing experience
- Hands-on experience using Klaviyo (required)
- Experience building email campaigns (required)
- Basic understanding of email flows and segmentation
- Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar) (Required)
- Strong writing skills for subject lines and captions
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
- Comfortable working with marketing data and reporting

- Shopify experience
- SMS platform experience
- Basic understanding of customer lifecycle marketing
- Experience with analytics dashboards
- Ability to interpret marketing metrics and suggest improvements

Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
