Marketing Coordinator

Company Overview
ShureLine Electrical is a Delaware-based electrical contractor providing residential, commercial, and service electrical work. Our team supports a wide range of projects including electrical installations, service upgrades, lighting systems, and ongoing electrical maintenance for businesses and homeowners. We are seeking a motivated individual to support our marketing and digital communications efforts.

Position Overview
The Marketing & Digital Communications Coordinator will assist with managing the company’s online presence, creating digital content, and helping promote company services and initiatives. This role is ideal for someone interested in marketing, communications, or digital media who enjoys content creation and working with social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

  • Create and schedule approximately three social media posts per week across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Share project highlights, company updates, safety tips, and promotional content
  • Monitor engagement and assist with responding to comments or messages when appropriate

Website Content Updates

  • Maintain and update the company website with relevant and timely information
  • Upload new project photos and company announcements
  • Ensure information about services and contact details remain accurate

Content Creation

  • Write and publish one blog post per month related to electrical services, safety tips, or industry topics
  • Assist with developing promotional messaging for services and seasonal campaigns

Marketing Support

  • Assist with promoting company events, service announcements, or special promotions
  • Participate in occasional job site visits to gather photos and content for marketing use
  • Help organize project photos and marketing materials for future use
  • Provide ideas for improving marketing efforts and digital visibility

Qualifications

Preferred Education or Background:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Students currently studying marketing or communications are also encouraged to apply

Skills and Experience

  • Familiarity with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Basic understanding of content creation or digital marketing
  • Ability to work independently and manage simple deadlines

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar graphic design tools (e.g., Canva)
  • Familiarity with website content management systems
  • Interest in construction, trades, or local business marketing

Work Environment
