Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing operations and help execute key initiatives across social media, content development, and project coordination. This role works closely with internal teams, external partners, and company leadership. The ideal candidate is proactive, eager to grow, contribute ideas, and gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of marketing and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day social media activity across multiple platforms, including maintaining social media content calendar, scheduling posts, tracking approvals, managing engagement, reviewing analytics, and ensuring consistent execution.
- Support creation and distribution of content across web, email, social, and print. Assist in content development by formatting materials in templates and creating supporting graphics. Review marketing content for grammar, clarity, and consistency.
- Facilitate project management efforts by tracking timelines and deliverables, coordinating tasks, and helping ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, vendor coordination, materials preparation, and on-site or virtual event support. Manage executive travel coordination.
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, board sessions, and executive-level events. Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and follow-ups to maximize executive effectiveness. Represent the executive professionally in written and verbal communications.
- Track media coverage, coordinate interviews, podcast recordings, and speaking engagements for leadership. Assist with graphics and presentation support as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- HubSpot marketing automation expertise (building emails and landing pages, setting up workflows, etc)
- Strong project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Creative mindset with an interest in social media and marketing trends
- Proficiency with graphic design tools (such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive information
Preferred
- Experience in B2B marketing, technology, cybersecurity, or regulated industries
- Familiarity with social media management tools and content scheduling platforms

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
