POSITION TITLE: Community Outreach/Marketing Coordinator
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of two-years’ experience. Experience in marketing, graphic design, community outreach, events planning, and/or related communications fields.
SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Knowledge of marketing basics

Knowledge of and experience in graphic design

Knowledge of WordPress, website design and upkeep a plus

Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation

Effective communication skills

Actively participate in community activities/fairs/events to promote CRSOK

Interact knowledgeably with the outside community and partner organizations

Excellent computer skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, and consistently accomplish duties with limited supervision
- Ability to communicate clearly to interact with staff, clients, administration, and the community both in person and on the telephone.

Knowledge of philanthropic community

Knowledge of community resources and opportunities

Experience in behavioral health and substance use field a plus

Ability to handle multiple projects, manage deadline pressure and translate program-specific information clearly

Requires a high level of independent planning, judgment and problem-solving skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule based on community events, including evenings and weekends

Must provide own transportation
- Current Oklahoma Driver's License needed
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with Director of Marketing and Clinical Business Development Representative on creation and maintenance of marketing and outreach plans

Outreach and engage the community with the programs and services of CRSOK
- Assist with agency’s engagement based/outreach plan
- Responsible for management and development of monthly events, compose and maintain annual calendar of events, facilitate events, and manage outreach attendance

Coordinate the distribution of agency marketing materials in the community

Manage and complete internal marketing requests and design

Establish and maintain positive, productive working relationships with community partners and referral sources

Attend community meetings as a representative of CRSOK, when appropriate

Be familiar with CRSOK programs and services

Work closely with department directors and staff to obtain dates and details for meetings and events

Assist with management of marketing efforts and social media platforms

Support and promote a service environment for individuals in need of behavioral health and/or co-occurring services that is recovery focused, welcoming, and attentive to the needs of individuals who may have experienced trauma in their lives.

Practice and promote the Sanctuary model seven commitments (nonviolence, emotional intelligence, social learning, open communication, social responsibility, democracy and growth and change), SELF, and Tools.
OTHER DUTIES: Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing and the Chief Philanthropy and Marketing Officer.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to move from location to location, bending, stooping, lifting 25 pounds, communicate clearly, prepare written communications, present information to other employees, process complex information within established procedures/programs, enter data to various programs.

STATUS/HOURS: Full time. 40 hours, Monday through Friday. Overtime on evenings and weekends as needed to meet the position and performance requirements.
