Marketing Coordinator

GMF Steel Group is hiring for a Marketing Coordinator to be part of our team! This person will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and promote GMF’s Brand through facets such as digital and print advertising, events, social media, and graphic design.

Our ideal candidate should exhibit high energy, excellent communication, organizational and time management skills, high attention to detail, and a willingness to strive for GMF’s high standard of excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Support campaign strategies in conjunction with other Marketing Coordinators
• Provide creative and project coordination support, including graphics development, event coordination, and vendor management
• Coordinate multiple company-wide events per year including charity events, career fairs, and employee events
• Prepare marketing, recruiting, and event presentations
• Compile and organize award submissions
• Visit active jobsites to capture project progress and final photos
• Other Marketing duties, as necessary

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
• 3+ years of marketing experience
• 3+ years of event planning experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
• Organizational skills
• Proficiency in the suite of Microsoft Office programs and applications
• Knowledge in the Adobe Suite, preferred

Salary:

• $56,000 - $74,000
• Dependent upon experience
• Performance Bonus
