Marketing Coordinator

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive entry level onsite Marketing Coordinator to join our innovative marketing team. In this role, you will drive the development and execution of marketing campaigns that elevate brand presence, engage target audiences, and generate measurable results. Your expertise in digital marketing strategies, content creation, and analytics will be essential to optimize our outreach efforts across multiple channels. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where creativity and data-driven decision-making are celebrated.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns utilizing SEO, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and performance marketing techniques to boost online visibility and lead generation.
  • Travel to up to 15 trade show events across the Midwest along with setup and tear down the of the show booth.
  • Manage social media platforms through strategic content creation, scheduling, and community engagement using social media management tools.
  • Design compelling graphics and visual content using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop to support campaigns across digital channels.
  • Negotiate media contracts with TV, radio, print, and streaming services.
  • Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other analytics tools; analyze data to refine strategies for better conversion rates.
  • Manage and order branded merchandice and promotional products for employees and customers.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for advertising placements on Facebook Advertising platforms, Google AdWords campaigns all local media resource.

Requirements

  • Some experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO tools, SEM, social media marketing, and analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) and content creation tools.
  • Must have a valid drivers license.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and transport show items from vehicle or trailer to perform setup before sales team arrives and tear down after the event is completed.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, marketing automation platforms, and keyword research techniques.
  • Familiarity with B2B (business-to-business) marketing strategies and performance marketing concepts.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
