Marketing Coordinator

This role operates under a hybrid work arrangement. While offering flexibility, employees are expected to work from the office as required, depending on business needs.

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our recently created and thriving Business Development team. This new position will contribute to existing programs while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company and client goals. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, the ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including digital, branding, social media, content creation, email, campaigns, communications, event support and advertising.

We’ll rely on your ability to collaborate with a team of thinkers and doers, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, while gaining a thorough understanding of our services and differentiators so that strategies can be developed for effective communication and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital & Content Management: social media, website content, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM efforts.
  • Market Analysis: Help gather and analyze data to reach insights about customer behavior, services, competitors, and trends.
  • Campaign Execution: Produce marketing materials (flyers, brochures, digital ads) and coordinating campaigns.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Performance Tracking: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (ROI, KPIs).
  • Communications: Draft internal and external communications, marketing materials, presentations and newsletters.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 3years of experience in Marketing or Sales roles
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven success working in a Marketing team environment, both individually and as a team member
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Strong attention to detail, deadlines, and budgetary guidelines
  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools, ideally HubSpot
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, Microsoft Office, creative software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva), email platforms, and Teams workspace
