Marketing Coordinator

Marketing Coordinator

We’re looking for someone who wants to get into marketing and actually do the work—not just sit on the sidelines.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll help execute campaigns, build brand awareness, and support growth across multiple channels. This role is hands-on. You’ll be creating, testing, adjusting, and learning what works (and what doesn’t) in real time.

You don’t need to know everything yet—but you do need to be curious, reliable, and willing to take ownership of your work.

Why Metro?

At Metro, we’re focused on improving lives—for our members, our team, and our community.

We stay curious, challenge the status quo, and look for better, more convenient ways to serve people. Internally, we’ve built a workplace around teamwork, accountability, and motivated individuals who take pride in what they do.

What You’ll Do

  • Help plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and print
  • Create content that fits our brand and actually connects with people
  • Support efforts to increase brand awareness and bring in new business
  • Keep messaging and visuals consistent across everything we put out
  • Track basic performance and help adjust campaigns based on results
  • Coordinate with internal teams and outside partners when needed
  • Pitch ideas—good ones, bad ones, and everything in between
  • Jump in where needed to support marketing and growth initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Someone who takes initiative and doesn’t wait to be told every step
  • Strong attention to detail—you catch things others miss
  • Creative, but practical—you can turn ideas into something usable
  • Good communicator and easy to work with
  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects without dropping the ball
  • Willing to learn and get better quickly

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (or similar experience)
  • 0–3 years of experience (internships count)
  • Familiarity with social media, basic marketing tools, or design platforms is helpful
  • Comfortable learning new systems and figuring things out

The Reality of the Role

This is a growth role, not a maintenance role. You’ll get real experience, real responsibility, and real feedback. If you’re looking to build a career in marketing and move up, this is a strong place to start.
