Payment & Administrative Coordination:

Initiate and manage Purchase Requests (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) for all marketing-related activities.

Maintain accurate records of budgets, invoices, and payment statuses.
Marketing plan:

Assist in build a marketing plan and budget based on the customer trends and company objectives

Help preparing a detailed implementation plan and expected achievements for every marketing initiatives
Marketing Calendar & Project Management

Own and maintain the centralized marketing calendar across offline, digital, and PR campaigns

Track campaign timelines, launch dates, and project milestones across all marketing functions.

Schedule and document internal meetings, approvals, and deadlines.
Team Coordination & Reporting

Act as the liaison between marketing team members to ensure smooth workflow and communication.

Compile campaign briefs and consolidate feedback across stakeholders
-
Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-up action items for team meetings.
Requirements:

Diploma or Higher in marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
-
1-3 Years of experience and administrative positions
