Administrative Assistant

Payment & Administrative Coordination:


  • Initiate and manage Purchase Requests (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) for all marketing-related activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of budgets, invoices, and payment statuses.


Marketing Calendar & Project Management


  • Own and maintain the centralized marketing calendar across offline, digital, and PR campaigns
  • Track campaign timelines, launch dates, and project milestones across all marketing functions.
  • Schedule and document internal meetings, approvals, and deadlines.


Team Coordination & Reporting

  • Act as the liaison between marketing team members to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
  • Compile campaign briefs and consolidate feedback across stakeholders
  • Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-up action items for team meetings.


Requirements:

  • Diploma or Higher in Business Administration or equivalent
  • 1-3 Years of experience and administrative positions
