Job Summary: The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This includes managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and preparing and analysing budgets. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. The candidate also will be responsible to provide administrative support to the organization by performing a variety of tasks, including scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining files, answering phone calls, and responding to emails. This individual will also assist with other office duties as needed, such as data entry, copying, and mailing. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with financial regulations
  • Prepare and analyse budgets
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets
  • Manage and reconcile account balances and transactions
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data
  • Provide support to internal and external auditors
  • Continuously improve and streamline accounting procedures
  • Scheduling appointments and organizing meetings
  • Organizing and maintaining files, both paper and electronic
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely manner
  • Assisting with data entry, copying, and mailing
  • Providing support to other departments as needed
  • Maintaining office equipment and supplies
  • Handling confidential information with discretion
  • Performing other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or related field
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • CPA certification is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ﷼2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dammam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
