Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for our last-mile delivery operations. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with e-commerce companies, retailers, and SMEs, and converting leads into long-term logistics contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new B2B clients for last-mile delivery services Approach e-commerce platforms, retailers, distributors, and corporate clients
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations Understand client delivery requirements (coverage, COD, SLA, volume, timelines) and propose suitable solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts in coordination with operations and finance teams Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and regularly update CRM or tracking reports Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing in the logistics sector Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field 2–4 years of experience in business development or sales (logistics, courier, or e-commerce preferred)
- Strong understanding of last-mile delivery operations and pricing models Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets Valid driving license and own vehicle preferred
- Good knowledge of the local market and business environment Preferred Skills: Experience dealing with e-commerce or retail clients
- Familiarity with SLAs, KPIs, COD handling, and delivery metrics Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic reporting
- Arabic and English communication skills
