Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across digital channels including social media, email, and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Manage content creation for websites, blogs, social media platforms, and email newsletters to ensure consistent brand messaging and high engagement levels.
  • Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to enhance organic search rankings and improve website traffic.
  • Oversee social media management by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Coordinate with design teams to produce compelling graphics using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop that align with campaign goals.
  • Optimize conversion rates through testing strategies such as A/B testing, landing page improvements, and performance marketing techniques using Google Ads and Facebook Advertising.
  • Monitor analytics via Google Analytics and other tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend data-driven improvements for ongoing campaigns.
  • Support the management of marketing automation systems and content management systems like WordPress to streamline content deployment and customer engagement efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads (formerly AdWords), Facebook Advertising, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including social media management, email marketing, content creation, and performance marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL or other technical skills that support website optimization and analytics integration.
  • Demonstrated ability in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite to produce visually appealing content.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with an eye for compelling storytelling tailored for B2B (business-to-business) audiences.
  • Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress or similar platforms for website updates and content publishing.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively using analytics tools to inform strategy adjustments and improve campaign ROI.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
