Marketing Coordinator

  • Social Content Capture and Development:
    Support the creation of live ‘boots on the ground’ content capture and development, both on property and at events. Note: this may require occasional weekend or weeknight work.
  • SEO/GEO Optimization Tactics:
    Including, but not limited to, blog posting, itineraries, and keyword integration on websites
  • Support on Marketing Events, Activities, and Brand Collaborations:
    Support seasonal calendar initiatives and brand partnerships/collaboration
  • Support on Marketing Collateral Development:
    Supporting development of in-house marketing collateral – both physical and digital, ensuring consistency with brand standards and message.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Good understanding of social media platforms
  • Proficient in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.

As a Marketing Coordinator Intern at Whim Hospitality, you will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives that enhance our brand presence across various platforms. The role will support the Whim U.S Marketing team across the entire portfolio, including Camp Lucy Resort, Folklore Spa, Tillie’s Restaurant, and Whim Event Rentals.
