Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, execution-focused Marketing Coordinator to become the operational engine of our marketing department.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced remote environment, loves keeping moving parts organized, and takes pride in making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

You will own the marketing calendar, coordinate deliverables with approximately 25 strategic partners, oversee social media execution, support live events, manage incoming marketing requests, and ensure projects move forward on time and accurately.

This is not a strategy role. Strategy is set by leadership. This role is about world-class execution.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $70,000 – $80,000 base salary (depending on experience)
  • 10% performance incentive bonus based on KPIs

Schedule

  • Standard hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM in your time zone
  • Some flexibility may be needed during events or launches

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Operations & Calendar Management

  • Own and maintain the master marketing calendar
  • Ensure all deadlines are tracked and met
  • Identify conflicts, gaps, or missed deliverables proactively
  • Coordinate weekly priorities with leadership
  • Provide weekly reporting updates

2. Success Partner Coordination

  • Serve as marketing point of contact for approximately 25 strategic partners
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, approvals, and follow-up
  • Send regular status updates
  • Escalate issues when needed
  • Ensure partner requests are completed accurately and on time

3. Social Media Execution Oversight

  • Coordinate and oversee social media posting cadence
  • Work with internal social media assistant
  • Ensure content is posted on correct channels, on time, error-free
  • Manage content scheduling tools
  • Track monthly engagement metrics

4. Event Support

Support company events such as:

  • CEO Summit
  • Remarkable Live
  • Immersions
  • Life Retreat

Responsibilities may include:

  • Event logistics support
  • AV setup coordination
  • Real-time content capture
  • Social posting during events
  • Post-event content organization

5. Marketing Request Workflow

  • Manage incoming marketing requests
  • Prioritize based on urgency
  • Communicate timelines clearly
  • Route requests appropriately
  • Ensure stakeholders receive updates

6. Asset & File Management

  • Maintain organized digital assets in shared drives
  • Ensure files are properly labeled and accessible
  • Keep marketing resources updated

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

Preferred backgrounds include:

  • Marketing Coordinator
  • Marketing Operations Assistant
  • Project Coordinator
  • Social Media Coordinator with strong administrative skills
  • Agency or in-house marketing support experience

Healthcare or chiropractic experience is not required.
