Marketing Coordinator

Encore Enterprises is seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and self-directed Marketing Coordinator with strong content writing capabilities to help elevate the firm’s marketing and communications efforts. This role will play a key part in developing compelling, on-brand content across multiple channels and audiences, supporting a diverse portfolio that includes investments, multifamily apartments, full-service hotels, retail centers, restaurants, and medical and dental offices.

The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller who can translate complex ideas into clear, engaging messaging. This position collaborates cross-functionally with product marketing, creative services, digital media, investor relations, and sales teams.

This is a hybrid role with one day per week in the office in Dallas, with occasional additional in-office days based on business needs and meetings

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, write, and edit high-quality content for digital and print channels, including social media, email campaigns, websites, and presentations
  • Manage and execute social media strategy, including content creation, copywriting, scheduling, and performance tracking
  • Create compelling messaging that aligns with brand voice and resonates with target audiences across business lines
  • Contribute to campaign ideation, including creative concepting, messaging frameworks, and storytelling approaches
  • Proofread and edit materials for clarity, grammar, accuracy, and brand consistency
  • Maintain and update website content using WordPress CMS, ensuring messaging is current and optimized
  • Produce and refine content for PowerPoint presentations, investor materials, and internal communications
  • Collaborate on and help manage content calendars across email, social, and internal platforms
  • Support planning and promotion of internal and external events, including developing event-related content and communications
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all marketing initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
  • 2+ years of relevant experience, with a strong emphasis on content writing and copy development
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences, platforms, and brand voices
  • Experience managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress preferred)
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams
  • Creative thinker with a strong eye for storytelling and brand consistency
  • Graphic design experience is a plus
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
