Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of our multi-channel marketing initiatives.
In this role, you will be the "air traffic controller" for our campaigns—tracking deadlines, coordinating between our design and email teams, and ensuring our messaging reaches our community effectively. You are someone who thrives on details, loves a good project plan, and is passionate about mission-driven work.
What You’ll Do
Campaign Coordination & Execution
- Support the day-to-day execution of integrated marketing campaigns across social, email, and web.
- Maintain the marketing calendar to ensure all content and assets are deployed on time.
- Coordinate workflows between the Graphic Designer’s and Email Specialist to ensure all creative assets are ready for launch.
- Assist in the setup and logistics for virtual and in-person events (webinars, health summits, etc.).
Social Media & Content Support
- Work with the social media manager to innovate for social media and media planning.
- Monitor community engagement and assist in responding to comments or inquiries.
- Upload and format blog posts or articles to the website/CMS as needed.
Project Management & Admin
- Manage tasks and timelines within Asana to keep the team aligned.
- Organize and maintain our digital asset library to ensure the team has easy access to brand materials.
- Support the marketing team with meeting scheduling, notes, and follow-up actions for marketing initiatives.
Reporting & Insights
- Gather data from marketing platforms and email reports to help the team track campaign KPIs.
- Assist in preparing impact reports for partners and internal stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
Core Skills
- 3–5+ years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or a similar role.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Asana (or similar PM tools) and MS365 (Teams, Outlook, Excel) is a must.
- Social Fluency: Familiarity with business tools for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.
- Fluent in Creative Development: Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud for social graphics.
- Experience in Healthcare: Such as pharma, medical, clinical research.
- Experience with basic CMS management: (WordPress or similar).

Compensation
- Competitive hourly rate: $25–$32 USD per hr. (based on experience)
Person Scope
- Location: Must reside on the East Coast (Eastern Standard Time).
- Must have a home office with strong internet connection.
- Availability: Ready to start by May 27th 2026.
Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
