Marketing Coordinator

TQ Cabinetry is looking for a Marketing Specialist who can help us bring in more customers, increase brand exposure, and grow sales for our cabinet business. We specialize in factory-direct, in-stock kitchen cabinets for contractors, builders, remodelers, cabinet dealers, and local homeowners.

We are looking for someone who understands how to create marketing strategies, run ads, build online traffic, and generate real customer leads.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage marketing campaigns to bring in more customers
• Promote TQ Cabinetry through Facebook, Instagram, Google, Yelp, TikTok, and other platforms
• Help create posts, ads, videos, reels, photos, and customer-facing content
• Manage Facebook Marketplace and business page postings
• Run paid ads and track performance
• Improve our online presence and help bring more traffic to our showroom and website
• Generate leads from contractors, builders, remodelers, cabinet stores, and homeowners
• Create marketing ideas for promotions, showroom events, dealer programs, and local outreach
• Help improve website content, product descriptions, landing pages, and customer messaging
• Track results and report which marketing methods are bringing in customers
• Work with the sales team to turn marketing leads into real orders

Requirements

• Marketing experience required
• Must understand how to get more customers through online and local marketing
• Experience with Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, Yelp, TikTok, or other digital platforms
• Able to create attractive marketing content and clear advertising messages
• Knowledge of construction, remodeling, cabinetry, real estate, or building materials is preferred
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus
• Photo and video editing experience is a plus
• Strong communication and creative thinking skills
• Must be results-driven and able to measure marketing performance
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate knows how to bring more customers to a business, not just make posts. We are looking for someone who can create marketing campaigns that generate real leads, phone calls, messages, website visits, showroom visits, and sales.

This person should understand both online marketing and local customer outreach, especially for contractors, builders, remodelers, cabinet stores, and homeowners.

Compensation

• Hourly, salary, or performance-based structure available
• Bonus or commission may be available based on qualified leads, customer growth, or sales results
