Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator supports the development and execution of marketing initiatives that promote our soccer-focused brand, products, and community engagement. This role blends traditional marketing with a passion for the game, helping connect players, coaches, and fans to our offerings through compelling campaigns and content.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns centered around soccer seasons, product launches, tournaments, and in-store promotions
  • Coordinate and schedule engaging content for social media platforms and email campaigns
  • Collaborate with the graphic design department on print and digital collateral
  • Assist with maintaining the company website, including product highlights, blog content, and event information
  • Assist with in-store activations with partners and vendors
  • Track and analyze campaign performance and customer engagement metrics
  • Conduct market research on soccer trends, brands, and competitors
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred
  • 1–3 years of marketing experience (sports or retail experience preferred)
  • Passion for soccer and familiarity with soccer culture, products, and terminology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, without sacrificing attention to detail
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working with sports teams, clubs, or retail environments
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Familiarity with email marketing and CRM platforms
  • Knowledge of digital advertising and analytics tools
  • Photography or videography experience a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
