FleetPaths is looking for a driven and creative Marketing Coordinator to help grow our brand and take ownership of our day-to-day marketing efforts.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and doesn’t need constant direction or assigned tasks to stay productive. We’re a growing software company serving municipalities, transit agencies, and other operational industries, and we’re looking for someone who can proactively identify marketing opportunities, execute ideas, and help us continue building our presence.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow FleetPaths’ social media presence across multiple platforms
• Create marketing graphics and content using Canva or similar tools
• Design collateral for trade shows, presentations, campaigns, and customer outreach
• Assist with creating and editing marketing videos and promotional content
• Improve and maintain website SEO and search visibility
• Help write marketing copy, announcements, email campaigns, and social content
• Brainstorm and execute new marketing ideas without needing detailed assignments
• Coordinate marketing efforts around product launches, events, and customer success stories
• Monitor engagement and help identify what content performs best

What We’re Looking For

• Someone who is proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative
• Strong written communication skills
• Experience managing business social media accounts
• Familiarity with Canva and basic graphic design principles
• Understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices
• Ability to balance creativity with organization and follow-through
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities can shift

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

• Video editing experience
• Experience with WordPress
• Experience marketing SaaS or B2B products
• Photography or trade show/event marketing experience
• Graphic design experience

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
