The Mission

As our boots-on-the-ground marketing guru, you will be the face of Flume in our newest California markets. Your goal? Launch, grow, and dominate. You'll be driving subscriptions, building brand hype, and making sure everyone in town knows that Flume is the only way to surf.

What You’ll Be Doing (The Fun Stuff)

• Market Launch Leader: Execute the 'Go-To-Market' strategy for Simi Valley and Placentia. You are the conductor of the launch orchestra!
• Brand Ambassador: Represent Flume at local events, farmers' markets, and community gatherings. You'll turn 'What's fiber?' into 'I need Flume!'
• Content Creator: Help craft hyper-local social media content and email campaigns that resonate with our CA communities.
• Subscription Driver: Track lead generation and convert community interest into active Flume subscribers.
• Partner in Crime: Collaborate with local businesses and influencers to create win-win partnerships that boost brand exposure.
• Market Intelligence: Keep your ear to the ground—report on local competitor moves and community feedback to keep us ahead of the curve.
