Job Summary
We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the engine that keeps our marketing department moving, balancing creative execution with project facilitation. You will be responsible for content development, maintaining our social media presence, overseeing purchase orders (POs), and managing production traffic to ensure all deliverables cross the finish line on time. Key Responsibilities
- Design & Content Development: Create, design, and execute impactful content across multiple channels, including social media, email blasts, websites, blog posts, and print/collateral materials, while maintaining brand standards and positioning.
- Traffic Coordination & Facilitation: Serve as the central hub for marketing workflow; drive project timelines, manage internal scoping, and ensure the timely delivery of all marketing initiatives.
- Social Media Management: Plan, monitor, and grow the company’s ongoing presence across key social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Reddit).
- E-Commerce Website Management: Manage ecommerce website operations by maintaining product listings, pricing, content and imagery, monitoring site performance and user experience, coordinating product launches and promotions, and supporting online merchandising and category management.
- Administrative & PO Oversight: Track marketing expenses, generate and oversee purchase orders, review vendor invoices, and assist in maintaining the department budget.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with Sales and Operations to coordinate collateral needs and ensure timely delivery of wholesale, retail, and online assets.
- Vendor Relations: Seek out, manage, and maintain active relationships with external print vendors, freelancers, and contract operations.
- Performance Tracking: Assist in gathering, reviewing, and reporting key marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of two (3) years of solid, hands-on experience in a marketing or traffic coordination role.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or Business is a plus.
- Design & Digital Savvy: A creative thinker with Proven proficiency with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and a strong understanding of social media platforms and digital trends.
- Execution-Focused: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; a demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously with a sense of urgency.
- Detail-Oriented: Laser-focused on accuracy, quality control, proofreading, and tracking budget line items/POs without losing sight of the big picture.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain the brand's tone and voice across all mediums.
- Teamwork: A proactive self-starter who works both independently and in a highly collaborative team environment.
- Tech Literacy: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management tools, ( i.e. Monday).
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
