Marketing Coordinator @ Forever Studios

Forever Studios of Boca Raton, FL is looking to add new Marketing & Content Development talent to our roster of media professionals. This candidate will work directly under our Marketing Director, and have a direct hand in a huge variety of projects and initiatives meant to help grow the Forever Studios brand in both our Retail and Professional capacities. The hire will be the third member added to our growing in-house marketing team, and so we are open to evaluating people with a variety of backgrounds and skillsets to see who adds the most value to our team.

What Does Forever Studios Do?

Forever Studios is a company specializing in the Digitizing, Archiving & Restoration of classic media materials for a huge variety of clients nationwide. We work with everyone from the average family with a collection of video tapes, to museums, historical societies, businesses, fine artists, and more. If it has to do with the preservation and digital (or physical) reproduction of historical or artistic media, we’re involved.

What’s Our Workplace Like?

Our workplace is definitely atypical. We have a team of about 20 or so people who are all media professionals, technology professionals, art professionals, or something similar. And we all work together as one (mostly) highly effective unit to serve our diverse client-base. If you prefer a more “corporate” style environment, this may not be the job for you. We all take our work extremely seriously, and depend on each other’s individual skillsets to make sure we outperform & overachieve wherever possible.

What Does The Company Need Right Now?

The talents we’re looking to add at this time revolve around content production and proliferation. We already have a Production/UXUI Designer and Veteran Executive Creative on board, which means that this role’s primary function will be the ability to understand the ins and outs of a particular brand content strategy, and execute the production to meet our goals. The ability to produce compelling photo/video content is a big leg up. Unfortunately for you graphic designers, that isn’t our current need.

What Are You Going to be Creating?

This may involve preparation and release of email marketing content, blog content, short-form video content, social content, and more. We have had a good amount of recent success in organic marketing efforts, and are looking to expand our ability to produce a high volume of these materials which are effective in AI search results.

Knowledge of the Adobe suite is a must. Even if the candidate doesn’t quite know how to use every tool, knowledge of what is necessary to produce certain pieces of content is necessary. Photo & video skills are definitely something we would like. But most importantly, the applicant is someone who has a strong understanding of the technical side of digital marketing, the kinds of platforms and data which inform the big picture strategy, and how to get both written and visual content into those channels consistently enough to move the needle. You’ll also need to be able to evaluate brand performance across platforms and advise company leadership on performance and areas for improvement.
