HOMMEFACE, a leading men's skincare product brand based in Torrance, CA, is seeking a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Public Relations, or a related field
● Proficiency in Korean and English required
● Proven track record with a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital (social media) marketing.
● Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and emerging technologies.
● Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Familiarity with SEO, hashtags, and digital community building
● Creative thinker with a passion for skincare and grooming trends.
● Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:
● Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the brand objectives.
● Manage day-to-day activities across various social platforms, ensuring consistency and brand voice.
Content Creation and Curation:
● Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media channels.
● Collaborate with the creative team to develop multimedia content that resonates with the target audience.
Campaign Management:
● Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
● Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies for optimal results.
Community Engagement:
● Foster and grow an online community by engaging with followers and customers.
● Monitor trends, discussions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Influencer Collaboration:
● Identify and collaborate with influencers to expand brand reach and enhance credibility.
● Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, ensuring alignment with the brand values.
Analytics and Reporting:
● Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts.
● Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
