As our brand continues to grow, we’re seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and strategic Marketing Manager/ Marketing Coordinator to help shape and share the Signor story through digital platforms, print media, video, and more.

Job Overview

This role blends creativity with strategy and is ideal for someone who thrives in both the digital and traditional marketing space. The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in supporting and executing marketing efforts across multiple channels — including social media, website content, e-commerce and print advertising — to drive brand awareness and business growth.

This is a hybrid position based in Fredericksburg, TX, requiring 3 days per week onsite for content creation and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Digital & Social Media Marketing

• Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Create, schedule, and manage engaging photo/video content aligned with brand tone and seasonal promotions
• Monitor social media engagement and performance metrics, adjusting strategy as needed
• Plan and manage paid social campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, etc.)

Website & E-Commerce

• Maintain and update the company website, ensuring timely content updates and product listings
• Implement SEO best practices to increase online visibility and drive website traffic
• Support e-commerce initiatives, including product management, descriptions, and digital merchandising
• Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline workflows and enhance user experience

Traditional & Print Marketing

• Coordinate print advertising campaigns, including design, copy, deadlines, and budget tracking
• Ensure consistent branding across print, signage, merchandise, and digital platforms

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategy

• Work closely with the tasting room, events, and retail teams to align messaging and promotions
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and audience insights
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
• Provide Portfolio with application
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or content creation roles
• Proven experience in managing websites (e.g., Squarespace, WordPress, Wix)
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online merchandising
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing tools and analytics platforms
• Understanding of print advertising, campaign planning, and budgeting
• Proficiency in SEO techniques and marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Photography, video editing, or graphic design skills are a strong plus
• Must be based in or able to commute to Fredericksburg, TX (hybrid role)
