Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing marketing campaigns and activities across digital and offline channels.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials including social media posts, email campaigns, and presentations.
  • Help coordinate events, webinars, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain and update the company’s website and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with engagement, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent branding.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, and processing invoices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 0–1 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related area (internships included).
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and social media management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, or Google Analytics.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of content creation (copywriting, visuals, or short videos).
  • Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and growing within a marketing team.

  • Creative and proactive with a “can-do” attitude.
  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
  • Eager to take initiative and contribute new ideas.

Conditions:

  • Must be registered in HRDF.
  • GOSI registration not more than one year in total.
  • Not blocked by HRDF.
  • Have not benefited from HRDF (Tamheer program) more than twice or 6 months in both times.
  • Not disqualified from HRDF (Tamheer program)
  • Good English communication skills.
