We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator and Chiropractic Assistant. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys both patient interaction and creative marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities for Marketing & Community Outreach

  • Manage and grow our social media presence with engaging and consistent content.
  • Create print copy for marketing materials, newsletters, and patient communications.
  • Organize and coordinate community events, promotions, and health fairs.
  • Establish and maintain community marketing opportunities with local businesses and organizations.
  • Develop and contact public leads to expand the patient base.
  • Mastermind innovative promotional campaigns to attract and retain patients.
  • Execute guerrilla-style marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
  • Follow up with new prospects and expand outreach efforts.

Chiropractic Assistant Duties

  • Greet and assist patients with scheduled appointments.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist with scheduling.
  • Apply therapeutic modalities such as electric muscle stimulation, ultrasound, traction, and spinal decompression therapy under the doctor’s direction.
  • Handle patient cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows in a professional manner.
  • Collect payments, verify insurance benefits, and explain patient financial responsibilities based on care plans and financial agreements.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for marketing and community engagement.
  • Comfortable with social media platforms and basic content creation.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Friendly, professional, and patient-focused demeanor.
  • Previous experience in chiropractic, healthcare, or marketing is a plus but not required (training provided).

Base Pay

  • $15 – $18/hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

Performance Incentives

  • Monthly bonuses ($100–$500) tied to:

  • Successful execution of community events/promotions
  • Patient satisfaction and retention outcomes
