Marketing Coordinator & Project Manager

About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Marketing Coordinator & Project Manager to support a fast-growing coaching and online education company.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and can turn creative vision into seamless digital execution. You’ll manage marketing campaigns, build Shopify checkout flows, and coordinate between teams to ensure smooth launches.
Key Responsibilities
Shopify & Checkout Optimization
- Build & manage checkout pages for digital offers (mobile & desktop responsive).
- Implement upsells, downsells, and order bumps to maximize conversions.
- Integrate carts with CRM/email systems.
- Ensure error-free customer journeys from checkout to delivery.
Go High Level (GHL)
- Create funnels, forms, landing pages, and email/SMS campaigns.
- Connect pages to Shopify, set up tagging, and monitor automations.
- Track leads and customers accurately within CRM.
Campaign Execution & Digital Products
- Build launch assets using provided copy, video & creative.
- Execute short-term campaigns (3-day offers, promotions).
- Track performance metrics (conversion rates, opt-ins, upsells).
- Manage digital courses in Kajabi (transitioning to School).
Project Management & Coordination
- Manage timelines, deliverables & team alignment across departments.
- Break down initiatives into actionable steps.
- Maintain clear documentation & checklists for repeatable processes.
Initiative & Communication
- Identify potential issues early & propose solutions.
- Translate creative vision into technical execution.
- Keep leadership informed with concise status updates.
Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years in marketing coordination, campaign management, or eCommerce ops.
- Proficiency in Shopify (checkout, upsells, integrations).
- Strong knowledge of Go High Level (funnels, tagging, automations).
- Hands-on experience with Kajabi or similar course platforms.
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
- Clear written & verbal communication.
Preferred:
- Experience in coaching, personal development, or online courses.
- Familiarity with conversion tracking & dashboards.
- Basic design experience (Canva, GHL, Shopify customization).
