The Role

We’re hiring a Marketing Copywriter & AI Specialist to join our fast-moving marketing team and help shape how our brand communicates, converts, and connects.

You’ll craft high-impact copy across funnels, landing pages, emails, and social platforms—while leveraging AI to move faster, think smarter, and outperform traditional marketing approaches. This role blends creative instinct, strategic thinking, and AI-powered execution .

What You’ll Do

Create Copy That Converts (and Cuts Through Noise)

  • Write persuasive, high-converting copy for:
    • Sales funnels
    • Landing pages
    • Email campaigns
    • Social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
  • Develop messaging that aligns with each stage of the customer journey—while still feeling bold, human, and distinctive.

Use AI as a Competitive Advantage

  • Leverage AI tools (GPT-based tools, automation platforms, content optimizers) to:
    • Speed up ideation and production
    • Analyze trends and audience behavior
    • Test, refine, and optimize copy performance
  • Automate repetitive workflows so creativity stays front and center.

Campaign Strategy & Optimization

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content and campaign strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize content to improve CTRs, conversions, and engagement.


Daily Content & Automation

  • Manage and automate daily posting across platforms using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later.
  • Schedule, monitor, and refine content based on performance insights to maximize reach and impact.


Collaborate Cross-Functionally

  • Work closely with designers, product teams, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent, powerful messaging across all touchpoints.


Mandatory Paid Assessment

Shortlisted candidates will complete a paid task , which includes:

  • Reviewing the last 15 days of marketing meeting notes
  • Creating sales copy for the upcoming couple of weeks


This task helps us see how you think, not just how you write.

What We’re Looking For

You’re a Strong Copywriter First

  • Proven experience writing high-converting copy for funnels, landing pages, emails, and social media.
  • You understand that great copy is about clarity, psychology, and differentiation—not word count.


You’re Fluent in AI-Driven Marketing

  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation, personalization, and optimization.
  • Comfortable experimenting, testing, and iterating with AI workflows.


You Understand Funnels & Buyer Psychology

  • Deep understanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys, and content’s role at every stage.


You Think in Data, Not Just Words

  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven content decisions.


You Know the Tools

  • Experience with:
    • Email platforms (Mailchimp, ConvertKit, etc.)
    • Social scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later)
    • Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights)


Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with AI content and automation platforms
  • Strong project management and content calendar ownership
  • A background in digital or performance marketing
