Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Marketing Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data to drive strategic decisions, optimize campaigns, and uncover insights that fuel growth. This is a key role that bridges marketing and data, turning numbers into narratives and insights into action.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze marketing performance across channels (email, paid media, social, SEO, web, etc.).
Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, ROI, and other performance metrics.
Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in campaign data.
Campaign Performance Optimization:
Support campaign planning and performance review by providing actionable data insights.
Recommend and evaluate A/B tests to enhance targeting, messaging, and media allocation.
Attribution & ROI Tracking:
Assist in building multi-touch attribution models to understand the customer journey and marketing effectiveness.
Calculate and analyze customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Data Management:
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across platforms.
Collaborate with engineering or data teams to troubleshoot tracking issues or data gaps.
Tool & Platform Utilization
Work with tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and advertising dashboards (e.g.,Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Stakeholder Communication:
Translate complex data findings into clear insights and communicate them effectively to marketing and leadership teams.
Partner with marketers, designers, and product teams to support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a related data-focused role.
Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
Experience with web and marketing analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Adobe Analytics).
Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics and funnels.
Experience with SQL and/or Python is a plus.
Familiarity with A/B testing, attribution modeling, and customer segmentation.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for turning data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
