At BeyondMenu, we empower local restaurants to thrive through digital hospitality. Our all-in-one online ordering solution is purpose-built for independent restaurant owners, helping them grow their business with simple, effective tools for online and in-person service.

We are profitable, rapidly growing, and backed by Bregal Sagemount—one of the most successful private equity firms in the world. As part of their portfolio, we’re scaling fast with a focus on results, accountability, and long-term success.

If you’re looking to join a high-performance team and help build the future of restaurant tech, we want to hear from you

We’re looking for a Marketing Data Engineer who loves building reliable data systems as much as exploring the “why” behind the numbers. You’ll sit at the intersection of data engineering, marketing analytics, and go-to-market strategy — helping connect marketing, sales, and product data to unlock insights and power personalized customer experiences.

This role is ideal for someone who can write scalable data pipelines and enjoys partnering with cross-functional teams to translate data into decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Data Infrastructure
  • Build and maintain integrations between Meta, Google Ads, Iterable, and SMS platforms and our cloud data warehouse
  • Design segmentation pipelines and event-driven triggers that orchestrate marketing campaigns and customer journeys
  • Ensure high data quality and observability across marketing activation systems
  • Sales & Revenue Data Pipelines
  • Integrate multiple sources (CRM, call platforms, marketing automation, product usage) to create unified go-to-market performance metrics and dashboards
  • Manage pipelines that process unstructured data (sales calls, webscraped data) using generative AI to produce structured insights, summaries, and performance feedback for revenue teams
  • Product & Customer Experience Data
  • Build data flows that push insights and custom datasets into our product — powering features like dynamic menus, AI-driven recommendations, and personalized push notifications
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure real-time data supports key customer experiences
  • Insights & Analysis
  • Conduct ad-hoc and automated analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities in marketing and sales performance
  • Partner with marketing and sales leadership to design and execute experiments, tests, and causal analyses that measure the impact of campaigns, content, and channels
  • Act as a bridge between data and business — helping non-technical stakeholders understand data in clear, actionable ways

What You Need:

  • 3+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or marketing technology
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python
  • Proven experience developing scalable data pipelines for ingesting and synchronizing high-volume data through third-party APIs
  • Experience with modern data stacks (e.g., Databricks, dbt, Airflow, Fivetran, Snowflake, or similar)
  • Hands-on experience integrating APIs for ad platforms, marketing automation, or CRM systems
  • Familiarity with AI and NLP pipelines is a strong plus
  • Strong communication skills — able to explain complex systems and insights to marketing and sales leaders
  • Business-level English speaking and writing skills
  • Ability to work during US Eastern business hours.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to understand how marketing and sales activities translate into business outcomes
